hey simon, sorry this isnt about the post, but i've been looking for that george cables why not? forever it seems, when smooth posted up that one from the 80's i almost did what you did in the comments.. so periodically i search for it, and when i did today your jworld comment came up in google, and i was like damn, i almost asked the same thing.. so anyhow we need to find this album, it just might be the missing link..it's on that leblogdepekis but i think all the links are expired, so if i come across the record or files, i'll send them your way, but i remain doubtfully hopeful w/ this one. i saw you have some kind of music production blog? is it open? love your work on "rhodes", and thanks for keeping me up on new old music
